Our Care Services
Enhancing Independence & Wellness
At Colonial Courtyard of Bedford, residents receive tailored care in order to live as independently as possible. Care services include support with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing, and hygiene. Our knowledgeable team members coordinate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Memory Care Neighborhood
With our signature memory care program, Along the Journey, we are able to meet our residents where they are in their journey and continue to provide them a sense of purpose and joy. Our dedicated staff provides compassionate support, understanding each individual’s story. With a Memory Care Neighborhood for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, plus serene outdoor spaces, we’re here for every step of the journey.
Short Term Respite
Temporary care is available for residents who may need assistance after a hospital or rehab stay, or when caregivers plan a vacation or just need some time to relax and recharge. You will receive all of the amenities and care that you need, but for a shorter, predetermined length of stay.

Our Life Enrichment Programming puts your passions front and center! Crafted around resident input, it ensures the well-being of our seniors by addressing their mental, physical, spiritual, and social needs.

At every stage of life, we want to continue to nurture a sense of purpose, inspiring residents to engage in various events like family night, live musicians, trivia, karaoke, and arts & crafts, to name a few.

Lyn has a heart of gold, and the love she has for our residents shines through in everything she does. ❤️ She spends hours each week thinking outside the box, creating unique and meaningful activities tailored to our residents’ past hobbies, cherished memories, interests, and current abilities. She finds special ways to bring purpose, joy, and connection to each day, making sure our residents have opportunities to do the things they love. 🌷✨
Lyn doesn't just plan activities — she creates moments that matter. She goes above and beyond, puts her whole heart into what she does, and makes such a difference in the lives of the residents and families we serve. 💕🐾

Sometimes the most meaningful moments are the quiet ones — a gentle touch, a comforting presence, or the unconditional love of a furry friend. 🐶💕 Today, the sweet therapy dogs brought so much peace, comfort, and happiness to our Along the Journey residents. Their gentle snuggles, wagging tails, and loving companionship were truly a blessing. 🥰
Sometimes, the best therapy comes with four paws, a wet nose, and a whole lot of unconditional love. 🐾❤️

We know it’s been a little quiet on Facebook over the past month, and we appreciate your patience! We’ve been busy behind the scenes transitioning to a new management company, learning new systems, and working through all the changes that come with this exciting new chapter. We also had to wait for our Facebook page to be transferred over to us. 😊
But just because we’ve been quiet on social media doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy making memories and enjoying plenty of fun activities with our residents! ❤️
